#66: Business, Motherhood, and Identity Crises (Unfiltered) – Julia Ferch

Julia Ferch is not only a lovely friend of mine, but she's also a German copywriter and translator with a professional background in the media and marketing industry, AND a mother of a toddler daughter (same as me!).
In this conversation, we leave no parenting stone unturned; we discuss the challenges and rewards of balancing freelancing with parenthood.
We share personal experiences about emotional regulation, the importance of self-care, and the necessity of having a supportive partner and family.
Of course, life with toddlers throws unexpected challenges our way on a daily basis, which we discuss in detail.
We also talk about the complexities of parenting, housework, the importance of financial security in relationships, personal experiences regarding maternity leave, the mental and emotional challenges of parenthood, and practical tips for aspiring and current parents.
Julia was a wonderful guest and a joy to discuss motherhood and business with, so I hope you, too, will enjoy this one as much as we did!
