Pamela Perkić, an activist and the main organizer of the ICON Retreat, which she hosts a couple of times a year in Croatia, opens up and shares her experiences on being outspoken online and standing your ground regardless of what others might think.
Pamela shares many tips on appearing authentically online and building a community aligned with one's values, which is important for everyone, regardless of whether they're appearing online for personal or business purposes.
She has gone through a lot personally, has found her voice, and is constantly growing, which I truly admire about her. Naturally, this road is paved with many imposter syndrome-related struggles, but once we come to terms with who we are, those struggles are well worth it.
We also touch on the promotion of the ICON Retreat and what goes into organizing such a significant event. Spoiler: The keywords are definitely trust and authenticity.
I truly enjoyed my conversation with Pamela, and I’m sure you will as well!
